Ordered chicks and some other items on line to be picked up when the chicks came in. That went well. But.... I drove an hour to pick the chicks up and to purchase another $50 dollars worth of supplies. It was 8:20 in the morning and I was the only customer. The lady who I can only assume was either a cashier or some sort of supervisor was standing close to the register moving a large bag. She did not greet me whatsoever, but moved her way to the register and stated in monotone, "Can I help you?" No smile, nothing. I explained why I was there and from then on she still never smiled, was unfriendly to the point where even when I said I needed to get a few more things it seemed to bother her that I was even in the store. Once I figured out where everything was (with NO help or assistance) I paid for everything and then I asked her for her name. I said nothing after that. Lorie, you should not be working in a place where you deal with customers as I will not be back. I am going to shop at the other supply store and spend my hard earned money...

I don't want to be the kind of person who does negative reviews, but it is what it is. I've been going to this store for years because I've always had some kind of pet. I have never had a problem with work staff, although sometimes there are few staff. But for a few months they have had a guy working there who is terrible attending to those of us who go there. He usually ignores people even while he sees us waiting. And when he feels like attending, he does it in a bad way. I have even gone so far as to go without buying and look for other food alternatives for my pet because this guy has not attended us. In short, if it is not there to better serve consumers, it is better to move it to another part of the store where it does not have to serve anyone. ...

Treat animals poorly. I always go in here because I love playing with the ferrets. I use to own two and use to work with them. I went in here a little while ago to find a very very sick kit. She was having diarrhea and she had an eye infection so bad her eye was swollen shut. Now, the condition she was in does not happen over night. It takes a couple days to a week. I called the worker back and asked to look at the ferret. When I pointed out to her how sick this ferret was she just looked at me and said "I don't know. She wasn't like that this morning." If they didn't charge an arm and a leg for these guys I would have...
