I’ve never bought jewelry from here. BUT. The service is 10/10. Im pretty sure I had gotten pitpocketed and someone stole my wallet from me..(came to this conclusion now hours later) we went into the store to ask if they saw it. They didn’t, but my cousin was there with me talking to them abt it and I just broke down in tears bc we were lookin for my wallet for a solid hour and couldn’t find it anywhere. These 2 women were immediately getting me a glass of water and tissues. They were telling me that it could’ve been much worse and that there were no credit cards or ID in there so yeah. They were comforting me and telling me everything was going to be okay! They were saying how $100 May seem like a lot but at least it wasn’t my phone.
