Stony Point Flowers — Local services in Town of Stony Point

My wife ordered flowers online through an online company. I guess they contracted Stony Point Florist to do the four centerpieces for a shower. The owner delivers the flowers and they were not even close to what we ordered. They were horrible. My wife tried to tell him that they weren't the flowers that were ordered and they had to match with the decor and he was like this is it, That's what the order said! Horrible customer service skills. He said he didn't have any more flowers to fix them. He basically did whatever he wanted with what he had. Didn't give a crap what was ordered. I truly believe he just went to ShopRite bought some mums and a dozen roses and did the Centerpieces. It was embarrassing. My wife had to redo all four centerpieces. Paid over $300 and got Garbage. I would give this less than a one star in the rating. This Florist is a joke!!! This is a tough review because the Florist owner basically left us high and dry. Stay away...

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is probably the worst service I have ever received in a florist shop. Once arriving and walking into the florist shop there was a gentleman standing at the counter who didn’t even greet my mother and I. After saying hello he asked how can he help, and I stated that I would like to get a quote for centerpieces for a bridal shower. He cut me off before I finished my sentence and said he’s too busy to even talk to us. Then when we were about to leave he asks can I see what flowers you were thinking of and so I proceeded to show him and goes to say those are very expensive flowers. It honestly felt like he was stereotyping my mother and I. I will never step foot in that...

BEWARE! This is the absolute worst florist. My daughter sent me flowers and they arrived half dead. My husband ordered me flowers not knowing that’s where my daughter sent them from. He ordered them for a morning delivery on my birthday since I was leaving to go somewhere. They never arrived. My husband had to call and fight to get his money back because the owner was insisting he would deliver them later but I had already left. Then my daughter’s mother in law who lives in CT ordered me a flower arrangement from them as well and the flowers were wilted.
