I have known Tom from the time we both made the mistake of joining the Suffern Chamber of Commerce, ( A mistake neither of us would repeat .) I was immediately impressed by his intelligence and professionalism .We had discussed made plans to redo my website for FUNCTIONALLY FIT TRAINING SYSTEMS,but it dragged on first because I was too picky and than later when I almost changed the name of my Business it stalled again due to a family tragedy in my than Business partners family. All in all Providence and Toms extreme patience won out and today FUNCTIONALLY FIT TRAINING SYSTEMS and my dream has a new website and new life. it may have taken us 6 years to do it but it was worth it . Read moreTom, Mark & team had originally built my custom site based on a Wordpress theme and it "pops" visually- clean and modern looking. It does not look like an "on the cheap" website. I am constantly updating the content and wanted to add a robust comments feature after almost two years of publishing. Given the customization of my site, this was not plug and play; it also had to blend into the site thematically. Using the standard comments features, but enhancing them with plug-ins and some custom coding, these guys delivered beyond expectations: once the initial testing was done, Mark worked with me by phone to tweak settings, add hyperlinks for FAQ and check possible overlaps between the subscriber feature and comments registration process (which could have led users to receive duplicate "alerts" for new posts or comments). It all works, and Mark even gave me additional moderator guidelines to help administer the new comments...
Read moreThis guy is very rude and unprofessional. 3 year's ago I hired him ,I wasn't happy at all with his service so I decided to canceled. About a year and a half ago I found a monthly service fee for $40 I was very unhappy w this issue, so I called him and my bank finally he apologized and I got my money back. A week ago it happened again and other charge for the same service this is very bad , I didn't want want to cancel my business debit card since the first issue because I do a lot auto pay w this card. So now I have to start all over to try to get my money back, be aware of this company If you had his service in the past and still have the same card he had on file . Advice...
