First time here. I got a gel fill and then they asked me if I wanted to add a pedicure. I decided to go ahead based on the fact that the gel fill was pretty good. What a mistake. A different associate did the pedicure. After she found out that I was not going to go for the deluxe $50 pedicure, she proceeded to race through my service. She was very rough during the entire process and my toes bled at a few points - I asked her to slow down and be more careful. I should have asked for someone else at that point but I did not. She then started the callous removal and scraped the skin off the side of my foot with her removal tool. I asked her again to be more gentle but she really didn't understand or listen. When I got home, my foot was raw and still hurts today. The places she nicked with her cuticle trimmers also still hurt. Additionally, she took the tools she was using and rinsed them in the water my feet were sitting in - not sanitary at all. She put those tools back in her tool box. I will never get a pedicure here again. I did complain to the person that seemed to be in charge but I am not sure the message will get through. I would recommend going...

I can't believe the positive reviews. The minute I sat in the pedicure chair, the manicurist tried to upsell to a more expensive spa pedicure. Fine. I gave in to a 53 dollar pedicure but was waiting for a friend getting a gel manicure. First, a spa pedicure should include a full leg scrub and full leg massage. I received an envelope of a sample product for the scrub and she only scrubbed the front of my leg. Literally my shins. She then proceeded to give me what was supposed to be a 20 minute massage. She set the timer and gave a no pressure rubbing just the front of my leg. I got so miffed that I told her to stop, polish my toes so I could get out. I shouldn't be so surprised that this place gets the reviews it does considering that it's in hokey north Rockland and the local yokels don't know any better....

Just went here for the first time and I think this will be my new nail spot! I've been to four different salons since January and this place is the cleanest, and nicest place I've been to. I had to get my acrylics soaked off, and I got a gel powder manicure. They took such good care of my nails, I didn't feel rushed or anything! Even the gentleman at the register while checking out was so kind. They were so mindful about being clean I have to bring this up again because I've never seen a salon that did the things they did here. I would 100% recommend, and I will definitely be...
