Delivery ordering was effortless & convenient as Im anxious socially w/new people.The driver was awesome & very professional.-2nd exp.

3rd exp.was as usual great,I have no complaints at this point.Always great customer service.

Ordered a big order for my partners birthday.I put in my order & when they called to confirm my delivery I was at work.They let me still arrange a later time instead of a right delivery which was very accommodating to my plans & schedule for the day.It was a great start to the entire special occasion from our newfound goto spot for our needs.When the order arrived,the driver was friendly as usual.BUT when my partner went to open 1 of the products,a Jaunty cartridge,it was completely missing from the unsealed packaging.I purchased 2 of these, 1 for each of us,the 2nd one was sealed as it shouldve been,after unsealing the packaging & opening it was inside.I sent an email,I was contacted immediately by phone to rectify the situation.-4th exp.

My last order which cost the most I am unhappy with the customer service.I received all items,except a Jaunty cartridge,again.This time the package was resealed.When unsealing the product for the 1st time it was immediately noticed that the cartridge was missing from inside the package.I couldnt believe it was resealed!On 7/20/25 I contacted the email from the last order to make the business aware that the issue happened yet again.On 7/22/2025 I sent a followup email as I didnt receive any email or call still.On 7/25/25 I still have yet to hear back from anyone,in the followup I requested management to confirm receipt of the email so other customers do not exp this like I have.Im truly upset as I was loving this place,the products & the customer service exps.Not receiving a response for 5 days has been the most upsetting part of the entire situation.Especially when my 1st was promptly handled within less than 1/2hr.Im debating on continuing business or finding a new business to give loyalty & support too.Again this makes me sad as I researched the background of the business & what consistently especially after having great service for the 1st 3 orders I had.I like to commit myself to set places instead of buying from all over.Now Im concerned since Ive not heard anything back from the business about the issue & no reassurance that its being fixed for my future orders & those of...
