I shopped here today and had a great experience with help from Trent. He was saying hello and welcoming each customer as they came into the store, then asked if there was anything particular I was looking for. I really hate shopping and had been in about 13 stores before this, without any store employees acknowledging me. So at this point I wanted help. I told him that I was looking for jeans and it had been years since I've bought a pair. I live on an island so shorts are my "go to." He was so quick to pull a couple pair and ask if I liked the style, then helped me find sizes. While I was in the dressing room, I could hear his bubbly personality greeting customers and helping other customers. When I cashed out, he was busy, but I was sure to thank him and tell him the store is lucky to have him! He's an asset to that store. I would've spent $300 on those jeans and not even blinked an eye lol! I literally did not even look at the cost. The experience was that great! As a business owner I can appreciate that he was loving his job and working hard for the company. Most people these days show up to work and do the minimum just to get a pay check. I could tell Trent liked what he was doing. And if he was faking it, then fake it till you make it Trent! You are fabulous and Buckle is lucky to have you. Thank you again for a lovely...

I recently shopped at The Buckle at Eastview mall with my sister. I frequently have a hard time finding my size in long so I ordered a lot of jeans and sent them to the Eastview store. Based on a favorite pair of Payton jeans I had at home I ordered many in other styles same size but ended up too small. But turns out my sister who is smaller than me liked one of the styles and wanted them. Trent was absolutely ffn, fun and fabulous! He helped me with my big order, find styles I liked in the right size. He helped my sister and I with the whole return and buy thing. He listened, and watched, and had our individual styles figured out in just a few minutes and found us all the things we were looking for and a bunch more! Both my sister and I ordered more pairs of jeans in longs before we left. We came back a week later to pick up our orders. Trent treated us like old friends. Zero pressure but fun friendly assistance! We both left with more than we went in for second time in two weeks! Thanks Trent for a flipping fab shopping experience!
