Pita Chik — Restaurant in Town of Victor

I went for lunch with my husband and daughter I ordered the fish and they were out of tarter sauce no big deal one or the employees went to the back I’m guessing to make some but I had requested a refund prior to him returning as the food was unacceptable. Why am I paying 15 dollars for a pre frozen haddock filet that’s 4-5 oz? Yeah no, so I asked for a refund and that was not a problem. It became a problem when George’s father jumped in as George had informed me he had to get permission from the owner to issue a refund! Okay; no problem but George’s father jumped in and Dudley asked “for what” I said it’s being handled and that he was rude. He said “you get your refund and never come back if I’m rude!” Told him he was rude to a woman first and foremost and to learn to talk to women better. He continued engaging in rude behavior so I told him my husband would love to teach him how to be polite to women. His son George then got in and said no one’s honing to say that to my dad meanwhile his father was being ignorant and it sure isn’t the season for that! I will not be back and I sure hope George’s father gets help for his nasty demeanor!

Update: No one has an issue with special needs, it’s a big assumption for you to even begin to put fault in something so precious as people with special needs especially around the holidays, George’s father! Grow up sir and learn how to treat women as suggested originally. I have to be SUPER Impressed to take the time to post a review! This place Definitely Qualifies As SUPER Impressive! The Food, Which I had the Gyro combo, Was Amazing & By Far Beyond the Quality I’d expect from a place in a mall food court! The onions, lettuce, & tomatoes on it were the Freshest! The Pita was Stuffed Extremely Full & Meat Cooked to Perfection! Prior to even getting to Experience That - The Service had Already been so incredibly great that the Pita Chik Deserved a 5 Star Review! The person whom helped me went Well Above & Beyond Explaining everything on the menu & answering my questions with Such Patience & Care (even tho a line had formed behind me that I wasn’t aware of) - She Still Treated Me with Such Kindness & Patience - She was Very Knowledgeable & it was Very Impressive! Given the ambiguity of the term Mediterranean used in the Rochester area I was hopeful that I could add this restaurant to my list of halal places to eat. There is no claim or visible evidence that this restaurant is halal, however despite that and an incomplete read of the menu I asked what I thought was a simple question at the counter “is the meat halal” and ended up being dismissed for asking about a halal certificate. It turns out that, yes, in fact the meat is halal (at least some it) and the man (presumably the owner) seemed insulted by the question of a halal certificate. He proceeded to say that my business was not welcome. I did not argue with him and walked away after reminding him that this was not business-like.
