My husband and I visited a few weeks ago looking for a wedding band replacement for him. We met with AJay and had a wonderful experience with lots of help and advice. We found the perfect ring! When my husband returned the next week to pick up his ring he spoke with AJay and again had such a great experience as he looked at a beautiful 3 stone diamond necklace “past, present and future” for me. It is so beautiful and AJay was so helpful and knowledgeable, my husband didn’t hesitate to purchase it for me. I love it! I had some trouble with the clasp as it was too small for hands to get it on and off by myself. This is where AJay really shined…. he offered us several options and kept reassuring me not to worry, he said there is a solution for everything and we will figure out how to make it work so you are happy. We decided on a slightly heavier chain and he found and ordered a larger clasp and ring connect that I could manage making us feel like what we wanted was important. To my surprise, AJay had shown my husband a ring that matched the necklace when he was there the week before and asked if I would like to see it …once I saw it A Jay asked “do you love it?” and my husband could tell by the look on my face and told AJay we would take it. Overall we had 3 wonderful experiences. Beautiful pieces, wonderful prices and kind, courteous and sincere help from AJay! Thank you AJay !! And there is a difference!

I first went to Hannoush to have my husband’s Longines watch cleaned and resized, so that I could wear it. The watch was bought in Chicago, but Hannoush carried Longines watches, so in their mind, this was just part of the on-going customer care, due any owner, of a fine Longines time piece.

I returned the following year, to learn how to set the time; Jason showed me how the time-setting mechanism on this watch worked, then polished the watch for me. Again, ongoing customer care, for an item they carried. No charge.

While the watch was being polished, I surfed the jewelry cases, and found an unusual, gold ring, designed by one of their jewelry designers, and it happened to have my birthstone it – so I bought it. When Jason returned with the watch, he mentioned, that in addition to classical, conservative jewelry, their designers could make a ring, in any design I had in mind. I do invest in fine jewelry, and this was news to keep in mind, going forward.

We don’t often think of jewelry as an investment – but fine jewelry is exactly that.

Not only can I enjoy it now, by wearing it – but In reality, its cash, in wearable form, for later if I need it.

I brought my watch here for a simple repair after a small pin fell out of the chain. Jason assured me it would be a quick fix for $45. Unfortunately, I’ve never had a worse experience. After about 30 minutes, I got my watch back, it was damaged, with a large piece of metal protruding from the pinhole.

I politely asked if he could remove it since it was unsightly and would rub against my wrist. His demeanor instantly shifted—he became hostile, accusing me of trying to get a free service. He insisted the pin was now stuck and couldn’t be removed, unless I paid $100 for it be sent to their offsite repair site. Yet, within seconds, I was able to remove it myself.

This place felt like a complete scam—dirty, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. If you value your jewelry, take it somewhere else. I’ve never left a review but this was an awful experience and I would hate for it to happen to...
