I've only had pies delivered to me from these guys, so I can't speak to what happens at the mall. But I have had great experiences with their food. It's a solid NY-style pie and it is noticeably less expensive than Joe's Brooklyn or Pontillos. And despite my love for NY-style, grab a Sicilian-style pie from them. It is fantastic! Dough is thick and airy, but still firm enough to eat like a normal pizza. They have good sauce too, so pair that with a good crust and you get good pies. Good garlic knots too.

To my surprise there was plenty of options, the service was friendly and to be honest, exceeded my expectations. The worker saw that I had a child and offered to slice the single piece of pizza for him (something I didn't even think of) & he offered my son a lollipop.
