SCAMMY AND SELLS YOUR EMAIL Id rate it lower if i could. Went in with my boyfriend yesterday, was walking around and saw things were massively overpriced. We were looking at the squishmallows because im an avid collector and they had squishmallows that shouldve been $15 for $25. So we started to leave and saw the pin/keychain rack and had to look cuz he collects pins. They were reasonably priced so i bought 1 pin and 1 keychain. While i was being rung up my bf was still looking around. The woman that rung me up asked if i wanted to sign up for the loyalty program. I declined and she insisted and said id get 10% off so i figured sure, why not. Im about to cash out when my bf walks over and sees the membership papers on the counter and he stops me and tells me not to sign up, it isnt free and its hard to cancel. The woman fid not mention it was a paid membership subscription. I said i no longer wanted it and she looked super mad and took it off and gave me the new price without the discount but with some attitude. I let it slide because ive worked that kind of job before and ik shes probably forced to sign so many people up every month. We left and a few hours later i started getting blown up with "thank you for subscribing" emails from websites ive never seen and have no interest in. Im still trying to unsubscribe from them all. I dont give my email out to sketchy websites and fye was the only store i used it in. Either fye sold my email information or that chick was so mad about being called out for trying to scam people that she stole my email and used it to sign up for one of those revenge spam email sites. Needless to say im unhappy. This is unacceptable and i will be calling the store tomorrow...
Read moreShirley provided quite possibly the worst service imaginable, she asked 3 times in a matter of 5 minutes if we needed help finding anything, we told her no each time and stayed respectful, we were waiting for our friend who was actually purchasing some albums in the store, my other friend’s girlfriend was looking for her phone in her purse wallet thing, she happens to vape and took it out while looking Shirley told her to put it away or leave the store, if she was actually using it in the store I would have understood but Shirley was just deciding to make a bunch of us feel unwelcome and like we were some sort of criminals, like get off my back, we were definitely being profiled as we are all young adults, sad that these days people have nothing better to do and can’t mind their own business, I was actually thinking about purchasing stuff but since FYE can’t seem to hire someone with any common sense that didn’t happen and won’t ever happen, probably just gonna close like every other store in the mall, but you can’t blame it on lack of business, blame...
Read moreUsed to be a frequent shopper here. A stop id always hit up if i came to eastview but experienced racial profiling clear as day.
Placed 2 beverages in my LUSH bag (not a purse, nor was it closed or did i try to hide the products) because i was wearing heels and needed as many free hands as possible (already fell twice there lmao)
An employee approached me and asked if i was going to pay for the drinks in which i said i did and perfusely apologized if it looked differently and instead of hearing me out or admitting she waa wrong she argued with me in front of shoppers and basically forced me to have the beverages held at...
