This was a rough first impression

Order was wrong 2 ways, the only 2 things I asked for.

French Fries we’re forgotten because the order taker was half awake, my order was wrong all together and the coke tasted like it was a new hybrid called water coke.

Go to great steakout if you want good service and food. These portions for 11$ combo is laughable. You get 1/4 of the meat you should. The taste was good but given EVERYTHING else was well below par I’ll hit the pass button next time on these guys.

1st times I've eaten here. I LOVED EVERY BITE. Also, this location had the Best service. All 3 employees that were there that day were all so Happy, friendly and made you feel like you were at home eating lunch with my family. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS Ordered my food was told a total of $17.06 When i looked at my receipt later i realized the employee helped themselves to a $2.56 tip. Thats Called THEFT if you ask me, i would have no problem leaving them one but nowhere did they have the option to leave a tip. I will let everyone I know not to eat at this franchise as they are Thief's. We will see if I can get a response from this location or corporate. CHECK...
