This place is amazing--if you're a millennial. It's a store made for us and all the pop culture that surrounded us. They have a really great clearance section with neat items. They have really cool items from brands/movies like Star Wars and Harry Potter. There's so much to look at. The staff is great and for every $10 you spend, a portion of the sale goes to food pantries--nationally, a portion goes to Feeding America, and locally it goes to the city's local food bank. For Rochester, it's Food link. When I realized that I helped 9 people have a meal when I paid for my purchase, I almost teared up....
Read moreHorrible experience!!! My mother was harassed and racially profiled. My mother was holding a few items, but not enough to where it was too much to carry and shopping around. We were being WATCHED the entire time. Then a white male employee came up to us and asked if he could hold the MINIMAL items at the counter!! Mind you he hadn’t asked any other shopper if they could hold their items for them. We refused and felt very uncomfortable and targeted.
