Lovesac — Local services in Town of Victor

My wife and I went into Lovesac because I want to get a new couch when we move cross-country. The idea of a modular couch that can adjust to fit the room that you’re in — as well as being easy to disassemble for movement and storage — was extremely appealing to me!

We got there and began playing with some of the blocks and looking at some of the cover options. It wasn’t long before Cheryl finished up with her other customer and turned her attention toward us.

I work retail, and let me tell you, I don’t expect top-tier knowledge or customer service from every employee you speak to at every store. Cheryl delivered both to their fullest extent.

She walked us through a number of options, showing us unique configurations of the blocks, discussing prices, financing, finishes that would suit our needs. She talked to us about what materials we might want to stick with — and stay away from — since we have a pet and may be getting more moving forward.

All in all, we had an absolutely wonderful experience going on. The wife was convinced that this was the proper decision within 10 minutes, but we spent a long time discussing options, pros, cons, customizations, and really trying to figure out what works for us. We left with a set of blocks and some swatches, but we will definitely be returning to purchase a Sactional once we’ve made...

This furniture is better than what you see in the store. The store it self is great. Small clean friendly perfect place to buy top notch furniture. Plus it's in the Rochester area so we luck out. The furniture is outstanding. I have two super sacs and an 4 piece sectional. There are two dogs and one cat that"own" the house. After 4 years you would never notice any damage to the sacs. Every piece still operates The way it did when we first got it all. The sectional shows very small spots less than 1percent but there not as perfect as the sacs. We have washed everything that is washable. We find we never keep the furniture lay out the same. We actually change it 2-3 times a year based on season. These have been a huge investment but they are still 99percent new condition. Great all around product and prefect for people who love change and comfort and build quality.

We just bought a wedge seat for or sactional. It's awesome .The whole process was great and pleasent and even though the sactional is near 6 years now .The new wedge only kind of feels new compared to the other 4 seats which really surprised me. We were shopping for furniture for our new home, when we walked by the Lovesac store at Eastview Mall. I'd never been in before and figured I'd check it out. Aaron was SO friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! He was the only employee working in the store, but even when other customers came in, he was able to be attentive to everybody and I didn't once feel like he was turning his attention away from us. He showed us all the options to choose from, from the different cushion firmnesses to the different fabric options, to the accessories. This couch is great. It's customizable and easy to rearrange. We absolutely love it and get so many compliments on it! It wasn't the easiest to put together and it did come in a lot of boxes, but it was well worth it. We owe it all to Aaron at Eastview. Even when I called the store after it arrived and spoke with him, he was again super helpful in answering the questions I had. Up next: a foot...
