Im so disappointed! I brought in 5 bags of clothes and 1 bag of shoes of all brand names. Honestly, I thought they would keep everything since it was most of it was new with tags on them with the real price, men’s jeans that were used at least once or twice, shoes that I never got to wear because I started having problems with my feet and a few stuff was used a few times. And they only kept 1 1/2 bin of clothes and a few pair of shoes. The explanation that I got was it was because it was OLD... let me tell you I didn’t check everything there but seeing some clothes on the hangers were honestly in bad condition completely and super expensive! The clothes I was bringing was in good quality and new. the things they kept i only got $100 which I feel like I got freaking ripped off.... I went there feeling confident that they would keep everything but not expecting much either. Had to drive 45 minutes to this place just to get sent back with mostly everything I brought in. I don’t have time to sell my items on poshmark, Facebook, letgo... I didn’t have a choice but to donate them to a goodwill with a good freaking quality of clothes. I defiantly don’t recommend this place......

Eh. I would only recommend going there when there is a store wide sale as their prices are steep for used clothing. Selling clothes to them is a joke. I've brought in clothes multiple times (at least a bag each time) and they only buy like one item. My items still have tags on them or have been in stores within the last two years and are name brand (PINK, Gymshark, American Eagle, etc). This last time they told me my items were "too old".... Well I also bought some items and decided to see what the date was on those clothes. PINK shirt from 2018, Hollister shirt from 2018, and last but not least AE flannel from 2016!!!! Cmon those items are more than five years old! Not to mention I picked up a loft white jacket that I thought was cute and it had stains on the collar area!! You guys need to step up...

Worst place to sell clothes like I understand go for what’s trending but you bought 3 items that aren’t even trending and passed up on name brand purses bags , Nike techs etc… worst place to go literally the 3 items they got were beat new balance shoes and a cookies jacket that was beat and ripped like how do you take the worst of the crap🤣 this place is a joke and whoa a whole $21.50 what a shame this place needs to just be shut down already and not to mention the stupid prices they got smh get a grip on reality !!!UPDATE!!! Went back to see the manager and he was worse they don’t know what’s trending and are honestly stupid worst place to go if I could I would shut it down...
