I am in need of a furniture upgrade and have decided that your location will be awarded the contract per say. I am in need of a new living room with all the fixings, new bedroom and new dining room set and surely to be purchased one at a time.
I decided to go with your location based off of the great customer service I received today in your store. I love this free enterprise system in which many take for granted and donât understand that as a customer, I have choices!
Vonmarie greeted me with a smile and was not pushy as I entered. She looked at me and immediately knew which route to take as her suggestions suggested that she was genuine and was not out to just get a sale. She was very patient and knowledgeable and I could tell that she loved her job!
When it came down to the numbers, she explained everything to a point where even I could understand what I was getting into. Thatâs coming from a guy who has a fear of numbers and when people start talking numbers to me, everything goes blank and I turn into a vegetable! đ
At the end of the day, the distance from my home to your store is what brought me here, the good customer service I received is whatâs going to keep me here! I know itâs a whole new world out there but Iâm old school and if you want my money, you are going to have to work for it. Mission...
   Read moređđžđđžđđžThis particular Arronâs store in Middletown ny route 211 has progressively gotten worse the sales associates donât know what theyâre doing really I spent 2 hours in the store trying to get a computer and no one knew anything about the computer and finally when I got it home it didnât even work. I brought it back and still no one knew anything. The reason I can say this Arrons has gotten progressively worse. Itâs because Iâve been purchasing items from arrons for the longest and Iâve seen people come and go in that store, everything I rented I bought it so I will not be going back. I will not recommend that store until they get some knowledgeable staff, including Manager. when I finally got into the computer at the store the information from the last person that had it credit card information was still in the computer so that means they never cleaned it out , when asked for him to clean it out back to square one no one knew anything about the computer so I had to leave and now I have to wait two weeks to get reimbursed my first months payment on a computer I had less than 24 hours SMH ITS OK THEY WONT GET MY...

Switched to this one because we moved and had nothing but a nightmare. Todd, the âmanagerâ is the most ignorant, argumentative person I have ever encountered in my life. We were leasing a couch and moving again so we called in July and august to have the couch picked up, set two dates with no show on their end. Then told we had a pst due balance because we had to pay for the time that they were supposed to pick it up and didnât come. They then charged a card they did not have permission to charge. Here 4 months later I have had to go through corporate because they still have not picked up the couch, blaming us now because we donât even live there anymore.
