Michaels — Local services in Town of Watertown

It's pretty good. Prices are higher. The same sewing kit I bought at a local store cost a few dollars more here. Glad I shopped around!

Also the toys could be organized better instead of cluttered in a bin. They are synonymous with organization but their stuffed toy bin is wacky!

I like the variety.

It's pretty clean. Their check out counter needs tidying up & had some grungy stuff on it so it needs scrubbing & cleaned, often, apparently. It'd be better if the check out counter was longer so people behind could begin unloading & the counter to be stainless steel - it's prettier & easier...

I really appreciated my first time experience shopping at Michael's. They have made a customer for life. The store was very neatly and intuitively laid out so I could go from section to section just getting things I needed. Due to the incredible selection I even managed to find things I didn't know I wanted but were associated and near the things I did need. The store was amazingly clean and the staff very helpful, the cashier even helped my save 20% by signing up for a free rewards program. Outstanding Customer Service by the Framing Department , Ms. Linda who makes your Picture worth a Thousand Words her working in the Framing and Matting department is Out of this World . They are Support the US Military and Fort Drum 10th Mountain Division Community , they will give a Military Discount ask for it and anyone who show them Military Identification . When you come here for Framing and Home Decoration for all seasoning you came to the Right Place ....
