Old Navy — Local services in Town of Watertown

I had an issue with an online order. I didnt recieve one of my items that was listed on the invoice as delivered. After waiting 2 weeks to see if it was going to be delivered late and emailing customer support with no response, I came into the Watertown NY location. The manager Karen was extremely helpful and genuinely kind and caring. She went above and beyond to correct an issue that was basically not her problem or this locations issue. Since it's the only Old Navy in this small town, options/sizes are limited with everybody shopping at the same place. I could barely find my daughter's sizes. Also, they offer military discount, but it's not combinable with Old Navy cash. The guy who rung me up, didn't even properly use my $30 Old Navy cash & instead only deducted $20 off my total when I initially told him to split my items in half (which he also didn't do) to use the 2 Old Navy Cash I had separately since it's for $30 off of $75. I went here yesterday for one single pair of jeans.a five minute store visit turned to 25 because an employee lectured me on the store card, I told her 5 times I did not want the store credit and that’s not exaggerated. I couldn’t have been any more clear on how I didn’t want to have the card and it was to the point where I’m as even uncomfortable to stand there in the store, and then to top it all off, at check out the cashier asked if I wanted to sign up for the card and asked if I was sure and was still a little pushy telling me how much I’d save and whatnot, I will not...
