I went for my consultation yesterday and I was absolutely impressed. I walked in and the white board right outside the door had a welcome sign with my name on it (and a few others) welcoming me to the practice. The staff at the front desk know patients by first name and are SUPER friendly. Jen, the office manager, and the woman who did my consultation was so down to earth and personable. They really made me feel comfortable the entire time. Dr. Rand is by far the best orthodontist I have ever met. She is so sweet and funny and she really knows how to put your mind at ease when it comes to treatment and what is best for you. She knows what she is talking about and is very knowledgeable about her practice. Jen even helped me through the process with Care Credit to help pay for my treatment and got everything set up for me and gave me a clear timeline of my treatment process and appointments. I'm so excited to get my invisalign aligners as i've been wanting them for a long time and i'm so happy I went with Kathryn Rands practice. They really make you feel apart of a small family. The office staff is so friendly and beyond helpful ! Dr Manzella and Dr Rand are amazing and make you feel very comfortable! The only issue I had was in the beginning with one of the girls. I don’t even know if she is even there anymore putting too much cement in between my teeth while putting attachments on, and I wasn’t able to floss so I had to go back after being there over two hours the day before , also my first set of aligners I was never given or even told about chewies. Communication could have been better. Overall I would highly recommend this practice! I am on my second set of aligners and the girl who helped me was amazing. I like the personalized service . I understand it’s a very busy practice so you don’t see the ortho every appointment but if they are needed for an issue they are there to check things out. The office manager is amazing her personality and helpfulness is the reason I chose this practice for my Invisalign treatment !
