I stopped in during my first ever visit to Wilton Mall, yesterday. I spoke to the owner for a sec. Awesome dude, no doubt, that definitely seems to love what he does. Come to find out there were some ties to my hometown which I thought was pretty cool. I'd been wanting to stop in here for quite some time, after seeing it was at this mall, as it brought back memories of a Wow arcade that used to be in Crosstown Plaza in Schenectady, when I was growing up. I didn't play any games this time, as I wasn't planning on being in the mall long. Read moreWorst. Arcade. Ever. Took the kids looking for a fun way to kill some time and ended up leaving with them in tears. We counted at least 9 broken machines, including several that would take tokens but do nothing else, and machines that were out of tickets. Furthermore, the ticket redemption machines were broken so the tickets we did have were useless. There is no attendant on site to fix machines or refund money, only a service number to call. It literally took 10 calls and 3 texts to get him to answer the phone, at which point the only thing he could do was tell me there was a mechanic coming "later".
