Le Creuset Outlet Store — Local services in Town of Woodbury

Absolutely horrendous experience from this store. Bought a small sauce pot and used it twice (to heat milk) no high heat and I washed it left it in the cupboard overnight and it wound up looking like the photos. I have purchased cheap target pans that last longer. The store employees proceeded to blame me and tell me it’s only for water or clear liquid and it’s my fault somehow although when I bough it the employee told me it was a sauce pan. If it can handle sauce it can’t handle milk? I told her specifically it was for milk when I bought it and she said it was fine. Do not spend your money here this is trash....

This store has a good selection of Le Crouset items. They have a nice range of colors and products to check out, and staff are nice and friendly. The deals in the store are not always as good as the ones online but I have come across different and good deals...

Not only I bought stuff from this store, I also called them on black Friday to place orders for them to mail to me. Love their signature pots and the store is very nice and spacious. It doesn't have everything you see online but you can always call...
