My experience started out a little “uneasy” only because I had to call customer service looking for some items. However they never told me where I could look for the pieces as an alternate option. I just happened to called the outlet just to try my luck and the size I needed wasn’t there. But Miranda did offer to order what I needed and went so far to take my number and sure enough she called me when the items arrived. Now, based on the reviews that I saw for this location I was a little apprehensive about coming here but I went ahead and gave them a try. And some of the reviews are accurate ONLY “with there being a line” but after going in today I realized the fitting rooms are limited therefore the limit of customers being able to come in at once have to be regulated. Still I waited on line for a short moment and Curtis called me in to pick up my things and in the midst of that he asked if I was interested in anything else (which I wish he would’ve never done) but even with a buzzing store he still attended to my EVERY need and boy did I have him running (sorry Curtis). The customer service was great and even Ms. Maria was helpful. It was like a full team effort. To me Zimmerman is a luxury store and most of the other luxury shops in that vicinity don’t even ask “how are you” or say “thank you for coming in”. These people asked how I was, what I was looking for and even went the extra mile and suggested pieces they thought I’d like. Read moreMy sister and I have been happily shopping at this location for two years. We are huge fans of the quality and uniqueness of this company’s clothing line. To avoid the long line, we go when the store first opens (10:00a.m.). If we go later, and we wait on line, oh well, it’s worth the wait!
The store is small. It wouldn’t be safe – COVID or not- to allow so many persons at one time. Shopping in this store requires personal attention because you must request your size when making your selection. (It’s no different when shopping at Prada, Gucci or Dior). Crowd control is necessary. The sales associates are human and can only serve each individual at a humane pace. I have observed how some shoppers exhibit rude and trifling behavior and yet the sales associates remain kind, professional and courteous. I have had the pleasure of working with Miranda, Maria, Tanaja and Curtis on numerous occasions and I tip my hat off to them for their perennial professionalism. They work in a furiously fast- paced store and never drop the ball. Kudos to them. Read moreI visited this store twice in the same day and each time I had a wonderful experience. I have noted from other reviews that the chief complaint was waiting in line. This experience was no different than Gucci, Prada, Dior and many others. Clearly this is policy across most brands here and no none of the stores were terribly crowed while many were waiting in any of these lines. The Zimmerman staff was pleasant, polite and very helpful. I was looking for a particular dress and they were relentless in helping me find it although it would be a dress that was sold out and never made it to the outlet. These clothes were absolutely beautiful. The fabrics and the quality of seam work were noteworthy making pricing understandable. The coats were gorgeous, runway and felt timeless.
