Instead of 1 star I gave them two stars since they returned my dress with some of the stains removed when I was not confident of getting my dress returned at all. Lack of communication was appalling especially since they knew I was a new customer. Even after giving them an extra day the dress was not in the shop when I came to pick up (seems they send it out but no one told me). I was told they were still getting the stains out and they'd call but they didn't. Three days later I returned--the dress was there but so were all the stains. Waiting another few days and called again--dress was there and manager said stains were out. Back again to pick it up--one stain still there. No offer for compensation--charged and paid full price.
