Scammers. so it went from buying a car online for about 8k come to the dealer only to find out they want to tack some fees. Ok fine this is expected. So for them to sell me a car that they listed online for 8 k it jumped to 10k fees taxes sure i guess. But the kicker is they Said if i wanted to buy the car outright which was our plan from the beginning they would have to charge another 3k in fees. But get this.only if i financed through them they would waive 3k or so in fees. Ok so we’re at that point with the sales guy we talk it over then i get told throw as much as you want down this that and when its all said and done we had a set plan with the sales guy. So a day passes next comes the “manager” or whoever they kept throwing us to we went through like 4-5 people because they were all contradicting themselves and it became like children fighting over a he said she said moment anyways he comes in and says no you cant put down the set amount the max i can put down for a car is 500. Ok so then i confront him on what the sales person said and his own words he said that guys new and he doesn’t know what hes talking about. Ok so you just let anyone off the street sell a car with no supervision or guidance on what to do especially when your dealing with thousands of dollars at a time? So we talk we go at it and we settle a deal only after i was about ready to leave the dealer but Get this it takes weeks for us to get a used car because they never had the title in hand and they had to get a new one from the dmv. This is where i start to question things. Like so you sold a car with no real ownership to it no title no nothing? Weeks go by and we finally get the car and ohh boy is it a good clown fest. The car was meant for my younger brother a highscool kid as his first car a little rough but “excellent car” as we were told by the dealer. But no first drive he goes out then comes back not even 20 mins later and he smells a burning smell i go out and confirm something is burning and chemical fumes fill the inside. So i bring it to a shop and get it completely looked at Little did i know they tried to scam us and risked my brother life on the road for a quick buck. The tires had damage missing pieces and one had a legit wear ring which was on the SIDEWALL that means if you hit a pot hole it could explode . The rims were bent which they never mentioned. Car needed alot of work some of which they said they did but the most heinous of it was the nissan dealer approved patch job on the exhaust and i know they did it because the salesman said it has a exhaust leak but well take car of it and how you may ask did they take care of it well with a piece of scrap metal a hose band clamps and jb weld a lot of it too. They had the car for weeks but choose the laziest and ugliest way possible and that caked on jb weld was the source of the smell. But the icing on the cake was that their was a brake line like an actual line from the brakes just dangling around not secured or anything to which under new york state law is illegal and fails new york state inspection because theirs a spot to secure it and it wasnt secured meaning they illegally passed an inspection here and could’ve done others too . This info was relayed to me by the shop i went to. With photos. When confronted with this the manager just dismissed everything and said you bought a used car what do you expect. Baffled i thought wow i didnt know this was a walk in facebook market place i thought i was at a dealer. Also his response to the hanging brake line was and i quote “ its just hanging its not going anywhere “ After much arguing he was like ill help you out we can look over the car and give you a price on the work it would need or i can switch you to another car and just pay the difference. Like???? Was your plan the whole time to do a bait and switch on me or scam me out of more money after buying a car off you just days before. The lack of care for safety concerns and questionable practices here are alarming. Only advice for this place is just go anywhere else

I was charging my electric car and a staff person came and lied me that they need to charge a "customer's" LEAF after a few minutes of charging my Bolt on the CSS connector... they seemed surprised that I knew that the LEAF is using CHAdeMO connector and when I told him that he can use the other connector and not ask me to stop... A few minutes later a "manager" came and told me go away and when I didn't comply as I needed to charge to get home, he attempted to disconnect my Bolt, which of course he couldn't because it was locked. However, the charging stopped and I left dismayed of the treatment they give people who only want to charge their cars... there was no Nissan car driver waiting to charge it was just a pretext so I won't use their electricity. Very rude behavior and might have damaged my car as it should not be unplugged while charging. If this is how they treat people you probably don't want to shop or fix your car there... I don't know this person's name just remarked that he had dark hair, medium height and had an accent - to be clear, I also have an accent so I only mention this for his boss to be able to identify this individual. Shameful!

Back story: I had gone through 4 different dealership hoping to find honest, and sales people that really want to work with me. I came in, state my budget and what I was looking for. I also told them to follow-up with me, in the work field that I am in it's hard to keep up or follow up on other things. They did exactly that, they were very courteous, respectful and overall patience 😉. Im not proud but I am a difficult customer specifically after going to 4 different dealership. Bu far this dealership exceeded my expectations of customer service, they actually listened to what I was looking for. And though I know I was getting on my sales person nerves, he kept his cool and made me reflect. Overall, this dealership has my 5 start reveiw, I would give it 10 but there is a limit on start. Thank you for your honesty, help and patience i. Putting up with me.

Go and see my man TJ! Truth be told, he's a very monotone guy. But he definitely took care of me! And it was so refreshing to have a car salesman tell me they weren't 100% sure on an answer and then go find out the answer I needed, as opposed to a lot of these guys who just tell you what they think you want to hear. Everyone else working at Nissan of Yorktown were pretty solid as well. The finance guy had me in and out quick and explained everything to me as we went along. No surprises! To be honest I didn't realize New York State wanted so much damn money just to register a car, but that's neither here nor there. And the sales manager came to introduce himself to me personally, and oversaw the whole process. To me it was the way every car dealership should be. Very happy to be a customer and looking forward to doing business with them again in the future.

SERVICE DEPt on 11/15. I do not remember his last name but Kevin worked the computer in the service department when I came in. No appointment. And he still got me in and made sure I wasn't too late for work. He even made sure they had everything, that MIGHT be needed to do the job, in stock to make sure there were no unforeseen issues. He kept me updated on the status of the job and was courteous and professional. The work that was done was done right and done quickly and they had me on way to work asap. I will definitely recommend this place and will come back again.

UPDATE 6/8/24 I don't know if it's the dealership or the company, but do NOT EVER LEASE THROUGH NISSAN. I took pictures of everything and every part of my truck before I turned in the lease. There is no visible damage anywhere. However, they hit me with an extra $400 excess wear and tear charge for a small scratch on the rocker panel. Last time I checked the rocker panel is on the floor. Kind of underneath the truck. Get stepped on a lot. If there's things on the floor it gets hit a lot. Normal wear and tear would constitute a minor scratch on a rocker panel. I scratch that is not even visible in pictures. So I take back the entire previous review that I left. Because if the end of my experience with a company is to be completely screwed, then all the nice stuff they did for me before it...

Maddy, was able to get the color and model of the Sentra, I wanted AND at an affordable monthly payment. She is the consummate professional in all her dealings. It was a seamless transaction. This is my third lease with Nissan of Yorktown and it's true what they say, "at the end of the day, it's all about relationship - PEOPLE". This dealership lives up to this word, they genuinely care about their clients. Thank you for a great experience.

July 2023 It's always a pleasure to work with this dealership. I turned in my 2022 Sentra SR for a 2023 Sentra SV, and the trade-in appraisal and car payments are fair, considering the market that we are in. I truly left with peace that I got a good deal. Eric, the manager, Mr. Heber Ball (the finance guy), Florent - sales associate and Elizabeth in Service- these individuals are 'mint'!! Just stellar all around in their professionalism-genuinely kind and friendly. This is the only dealership I am comfortable walking into because they do not 'nickel and dime you'. Will return here again, when my lease is expired for the next vehicle. Until then, feel free to visit this dealership, you will not be sorry. Sincerely, Evelyn M.

March 2022 I had the blessing of working with Eric, sales associate. He demonstrated genuine care and concern for my unique situation with my trade-in vehicle. He was always available to take my calls, answer questions and troubleshoot for the best options available toward re-leasing a new vehicle. The whole experience was successful. The dealership is very friendly and welcoming.

I will remain as part of the Yorktown Heights Nissan family of customers. I look forward to taking in my 2022 Nissan Sentra SR for all of its maintenance visits. In the meantime, do not hesitate to stop by this dealership, you can count on a sincere...
