2 days straight come to pick up medicine sent from ER, Pharmacy closed. No signs and no helpful information given to employees to direct people on how to receive their medication from another location. I was told by front cashier employees I will have to contact the the ER to have them transfer which is untrue and this delayed me receiving important medication for my child. I was finally able to figure out ON MY OWN, as long as it’s Walgreens it’s in the system and I can receive it at another location. While it is not technically the fault of the front cashier employees, if you don’t know the answer I will prefer that than wrong information and Walgreens management should have some form of communication in the absence of a pharmacist , as this is a business and patients need medication . A simple sign stating “sorry for the inconvenience, however these are other locations that may be able to assist you” .
