Sales rep was clueless! Rude is an understatement for the billing staff and office managers on the phone. I can’t understand why it takes a week to update an order and partial refund after the sales clerk set us up for 5 boxes when she was told the sq ft for 4 boxes. Now after a big dispute over the refund, the order might have been canceled and they just ask us to trust them. Ha! Never going back there again. I would avoid this retailer at all costs!
