this is another very tedious shopping center to get in and out of with the traffic patterns and generally bad traffic within the shopping center itself. I came at a later hour or so parking and traffic was not too much of an issue.
Here is an update on my opinion of Towson Place Shopping Center: I was leaving the parking garage and waiting at the red light waiting to make a right turn onto Dulaney Valley Road and get on 695. I was then attacked by two young men, one was armed with a pistol. They proceeded to rob me of all of my valuables and then threatened my life if I did not produce more money or material they could take with them. By the grace of God I was able to send off the one that was leaning through the driver side window and then proceeded to quickly run the light and leave the scene with my life and I was not harmed. If this is an experience that is on your bucket list or you perhaps you have far too many belongings and wish to be separated from them forcefully, all while possibly being murdered, then look no further – this is the shopping center for you! Not only is security next to non-existent at this shopping center and parking garage, the police indicated when I submitted my police report that this happens fairly frequently and the vast majority of these incidents are never resolved. In all honesty, I doubt many of these crimes are even looked into. My recommendation would be to skip Towson Mall, and just go to North Avenue and ask someone to shoot you point blank in the face for the same experience but you will save a lot of time in...
Read moreIt should be known I dont shop here but went to high school across the street so i am familier with place also I went in for an interview. I did not recieve the job position but I did walk through the store and met there managers their. The store is clean, employees are kind, and while not chosen I feel completly comfortable going in here to shop. Reason for 5 stars because I have never had a negative expiernce here. I am a supervisor in retail currently and despite not recieving the job from here the employees i met before interview to the cleanliness of the store and convenient star bucks the vibe of the store is customer centered. Every store survives because of customers. When i work somwwhere to me the customer is always first priority and the little bit of info i did learn about this company they are customer oriented and i did end up buying paint brushes from thier and the person who helped was very imformative. I hope this gives an unbiased account of my experience...
Read moreThis is a great shopping center. Let me really keep it real with y'all, I live in West Baltimore County , not close to here at all. I take the drive here every couple of months for 3 big reasons. CUSTOMER SERVICE , CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE ! my main store is Target, specifically the CVS inside. They are amaaaaazing. I really tried to suppprt small business pharmacies, but they let me down so much, I had to go back to big corporations. Let me be clear, not all CVS is alike. This one is special. Super sweet staff ,after the changeover a couple months back, super clean, informative, never a issue. They even run a discount card FOR ME if my insurance doesn't cover. I love them. The Target itself sucks. Dirty and rude, just go anywhere else. Very hard to leave a bad review , because the rest of the center is great too! I love the Wegmans , sprouts, and the food places. Parking for...
