Used to love this place but the last four to five times my order has been incorrect, and when I contacted management to let them know, got attitude and no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. The last time this happened I spoke with Christine, who has thus far been the only helpful person I've spoken to. EDIT: the most recent (and last) time I visited, my friend's order was wrong (even after the woman repeated it back to us both on the phone and when we picked up). We called back before driving back up to get it replaced, and when we got there, not only was our order not ready (we live a half hour drive away, and purposefully called so that it'd be ready when we got there), the woman argued with us that we had been given the correct order, even after we showed her that it wasn't. She told us to sit and wait, then came back out, AGAIN with an incorrect order. We wait another 10 minutes, then we ask one of the teenagers at the front what was going on. At this point we just wanted a refund and to leave. Also this entire time, the woman never comes back out to see how we're doing or to see if we've gotten our food. The kid searches the paper receipts and the computer to find our order and can't find it (how? we'd placed the order less that 2 hours before). We finally get the refund and leave asking for the managers contact info and giving ours. We never get a call from Randy, or any answer when we called.

Yesterday on Halloween me and my friends went to eat at spice n dice and we went around a reasonable time at 7pm. The Website said they didn’t close until 9pm. When we ordered the plan was we share our appetizers and get an entree then each of us got a desserts my two friends got two apps each 1 entree each and 1 dessert each (also a drinks). Knowing they’ll have left overs. I gotten 3 things an entree/drink and dessert. Well when getting our bill we knew that we ordered a lot but not a lot to be considered a party and have atleast 20% for three people plus added tip. Three people isn’t enough for a party, a party is 4 or more guest with everything added up our bill came to $146 even with split bill or separate bill 20% large party tax shouldn’t been on there for three people. When we asked for the bill to separate the lady told us no (which is weird because we always had it separate with no problem.) This is the FIRST this have ever happened to me, due to the kitchen closing etc we felt so rushed so checking the bill entirely wasn’t an option our server literally walked out of work with us and this was around 8:08pm when on the site said 9pm. This was a bad experience and felt cheated since we went to this place ordered like this before never had a problem with ordering a lot and separating the bill and having 20% lump right on top is ridiculous.

Definitely our go-to place for Thai Food. Service is always good and we leave very happy and satisfied. For apps, our favorites are the Tiger Sweep (a sweet and spicy, vinegary tender beef with a Thai salad concoction) and Fried calamari which comes with a sweet and sour sauce plus an aoili of sorts. Since they've combined the menus for Noodle Charm and Spice and Dice, our favorites have been widened. The 48 hour stewed pork is a must do. It does not come with a lot of veggies, so I just pair it with a cup of Lemongrass Veggie Soup. That's the best thing about Spice and Dice--with most of their entrées, they always give you a very generous portion of veggies! We love their Chicken and Cashews, Drunken Noodle and Pad Thai. Their selection of noodle soup entrées are amazing-- you can even pick your favorite noodle: egg noodles, rice noodles, ramen, etc. They do have a great selection of Thai desserts including Taro Ice Cream, rice pudding, and Taro Pearls. Make sure you reserve your Sticky Rice and Mango for dessert as they tend to run out before dinner service is done! Edit 7/1/19: Now they have egg waffles, honey toasts and more flavors of ice cream!! All are just delicious...

While we were seated quickly, the service and the food need some improvement.

The corn fritters with the plum sauce are a delicious appetizer. The mango bubble tea was also very good! Though a good portion of the tapioca in it was still a bit hard.

My Father had the duck and my brother ordered the pork fried rice. They enjoyed their meal. But my Mother ordered the teriyaki chicken and it states that is supposed to be grilled but when we asked the waitress, she said they bake it. Not to mention, it was just white chicken served with white rice, some vegetables and a small bowl of sauce. I got the vegetable pad Thai and it was nauseous making. It had a pungent smell from the sauce and that, combined with the smell of the peanuts and "eggy" smell (read that as really rank) from the fried egg- made it horrible. The noodles were good but without all of the aforementioned.

I asked for menu to find something else. Our original waitress came and asked if I didn't like my order. I explained to her and she seemed ticked off and took the bowl and put it on an empty table beside us. Let it be noted that even the busboys were confused by this which made it clear that, that doesn't usually happen here (putting unwanted food aside like that). I didn't ask to return my dish and felt bad about wasting it. I was simply going to order something else but the waitress took my unwanted order away (and it was removed from the bill). I eventually ordered the vegetable fried rice and even that seemed a bit weird. My brother's rice tasted fine but mine tasted weird. I know his had pork in it but something about mine seemed off. It was also super smokey in flavor but my Mom and I shared each other's rice and her white rice cut through some of the smokiness- which made it better. It is not something that can be taken home and saved for the next day because of all the vegetables (which come with it even if you order meat). The rice smelled spoiled when I went for it the following day. Lastly, we had the taro ice cream. It's okay when compared to other places.

All in all, the waitresses seemed a bit rude and/ or uninformed about the food being served here and the food is good but can be better. Just to kind of clarify, we've had Thai food as well as food from other Asian countries, so it's not that we're not familiar with the flavors here. I'd still recommend this restaurant but the service definitely...

I have been ordering takeout from this restaurant for over 5 years now but never dine in. Today, I was shopping at Towson mall , I was tired and decided to dine in for the first time ever. I was excited, got to the restaurant with my family at exactly 8:10 pm . A waitress named Ann greeted me and asked me if I wanted to take out or dine in. I said I would like to dine in. she immediately said to me, our kitchen closes at 8:30 , so there's not enough time. I asked her, I am ready to order now, and if I order now , is it possible to dine in? Since restaurant closes at 9 pm, I thought I had enough time to eat and get out of the restaurant. With such a mean face , she grabbed the menu and took us to our table. since I had 5 month old kid with me in a car seat, I requested her if I can take a side booth. she said, its already cleaned and closed. then I asked her if I can take one on the front. With a weird expression, without replying yes or no, she sat us there and left. Another waitresss came in , she was also not very pleased with us being there. I could feel the way she was talking. but she gave us water ,and took our order fast.so i felt she did her job. but Waitress Ann, she again passed by our table, and I said to her " excuse me , do you have any tom yum soup ready to eat?,,... this waitress didn't even look at me, walking by my side, she was looking at the front, she kept looking at the front, she said yes and left. she didn't come back to check with me. I never felt so unwelcome in any restaurant everrr. I was really sad with the service , especially since it was my first time dining in , in my favorite restaurant. later after I finished my meal, I thought about talking with the waitress named Ann but I again decided not to ruin her day too. I felt , it is partly my fault too, coming only an hour early to the restaurant. but still, I feel that is absolutely not a way to treat another person. Ann, please be little considerate to others. Thankyou for the food though, it was...

Original review: Delicious. Be prepared to wait.

Edit: Gather around everybody, let me tell you a story of how a restaurant loses loyal customers. My wife and I love the food here as it's one of the few good Thai restaurants in the area. The service has always been slow, but worth it. This was a solid 4.5 star place for us and we saw this restaurant as a treat and considered it our date place.

The downfall of this place in our eyes started on such a date night. We get a sitter for 3 hours, which should be plenty of time for dinner and even a drink. We made a reservation, get seated, 20 minutes later we get water and general acknowledgement of our existence. 10 minutes after our water comes, we order. Since we had so long to look at the menu we order appetizers and our entrees. 45 minutes after ordering and bring ignored by everyone (there was a large party that came in after us that took the attention of the staff) we learn that they lost our order. We have to leave hungry and angry. The manager gives us a gift card to try to make it right. Night is ruined, we don't have time for anything else and go home hungry.

Well, we decide to give them a second chance. I call in a take out order at 5pm, nothing huge and early enough. I was given a 45 minute wait. Perfect. I get there after 40 minutes. I wait in the lobby for another hour! A woman also comes in and is told they lost her order, a guy is also waiting for an hour. We have a real moment together as we watch people come and go with food. My crankiness escalates as it should and finally my food comes out. The manager tries to give me a gift card, but it will be useless since this place is dead to me. The best part... I check my order before I leave. Soups, spring rolls, curry and pad Thai. What I ordered, so I leave. In my rage and hunger, I didn't notice they didn't give me rice for my curry! Awesome!

tl;dr got burnt twice with awful service. The food is good but service is abysmal. Save yourself the...
