This location has some of the rudest nasty sales associates and managers. I went to purchase a vase. I got to check out and I politely speak to the associate SIAH. She looked me in the face and said nothing. It took for me to repeat myself for her to speak. She rang up my items did not offer a bag nor wrap up my glass vase. When I asked she got an attitude and gave me a small bag for a candle. My mom asked her a price question about 2 sets of rubber gloves that were identical with a $1 price difference. She refused to answer the question. Once we asked for a manager she then decided to explain. There is no reason why I'm spending money in this establishment and receiving an attitude. If SIAH did not want to work she should not have clocked in. This is not the first time I experienced attitudes at this location. Please do better this is not good...

I accidentally dropped my wallet in the parking lot today and while I am so appreciative to the customer and fantastic manager who helped get it back to me, I did not particularly appreciate the sales associate Charmaine tracking me down in the store not once but twice to admonish me and tell me to be more careful with my things.

I didn’t feel this review was necessary until I just so happened to have Charmaine as a cashier and upon using my debit card she said that I was lucky to still have it to make the purchase and again reprimand me for dropping the item.

I will absolutely be more careful to not accidentally drop my wallet but the staff member’s response here made for a really uncomfortable experience...

OMG Homegoods was the best! They had a beautiful selection of draperies and in the length I needed! I was so excited the sheers were beautiful also. I went in for drapes, found them as well as some beautiful towels for my 2 bathrooms. I left with some beautiful decorative ideas in mind and my husband and I will be going right back there.
