Tdlr: If you like well-seasoned chicken, this is the place for you. Big portions!

We got the 1/2 chicken with lemon herb sauce and potato wedges, the peri peri wrap with mild sauce and peri peri fries, the fried chicken sandwich with hot sauce, a Mediterranean salad, and a ferrero rocher milkshake.

The meal: I`m going to start by saying the portions are generous, and I don't say that lightly. If you eat the whole serving you'll be happy but very full. The 1/2 chicken was tender, saucy, and delicious, the lemon herb is perfect for people who like a little spice but not full on spicy. The fried chicken sandwich had delicious bread, and great toppings. Be aware, the hot is HOT and not for those who can't handle heat. The wrap was big with a good amount of veg and sauce to go with the nice big pieces of chicken. The mild is spicy enough to make your lips tingle, so if you can't handle heat then go a spice level down. The salad was good and very fresh with lots of toppings. The fries were average, and the potato wedges are really tasty. Let's not forget the milkshake. Originally, we thought it was a little pricy, but after tasting how delicious it is, we knew it was worth it. We will be returning and frequent customers moving forward!

Service: the staff is really friendly and patient. Very nice people. And the food was ready very quickly.

Restaurant: It's a bright and vibrant setting with some tables and booths, perfect if you want to eat in!

Parking: When we went the parking lot was pretty empty, it might be busier during lunch time, but you shouldn't have a problem parking or getting a spot at the front!

This is the best Peri-Peri Original location I have tried in the DMV area. We have been to this specific location a few times and have not been disappointed. We have tried other Peri-Peri Original locations in the DMV area, but they simply don’t compare to this one. Here you’ll find better quality food that is more delicious and they have bigger portions as compared to other locations. Their dipping sauces, such as their garlic sauce, are also a lot more flavorful. If you’re looking for a delicious halal food spot in Maryland or in the DMV area in general, this is the place to go to.

We have tried almost everything on their menu and I can’t complain about anything. My favorites are their chicken pitas (they have fried and grilled options for the chicken) as well as their fried chicken sandwiches. Their pitas are packed with chicken & toppings and their chicken sandwiches & beef burgers both come with two layers of meat. It really feels like you’re getting great value for the price you pay here. They also give very good portions for their sides. My favorites are their peri peri fries, garlic bread, and coleslaw. Definitely try their garlic and peri peri dipping sauces as well.

This place is a delight! As a vegetarian, I love their veggie pita. It is fresh, packed full, and you can customize it with their sauces. I really like the mango/lime, lemon/herb, and the hot in particular, but they also have mild and extra hot. The pita is yummy and filling, so I don't even need to order a side. They also have a veggie wrap as well as a veggie burger (so good). My husband enjoys their smashed burgers so much that we often go every week, and they remember us and our typical order. He likes their burger more than the ones offered by his favorite steak house! He has routinely ordered their onion rings and I think their hummus is really tasty. They do a brisk carryout business, but we often stay and eat there. It is always clean and reasonably comfortable. Everyone there has been polite, friendly, and professional every time we have gone. They have a standing computer to take orders and pay yourself or you can do the same with whomever is at the counter. Be sure to check their daily specials for some real savings!
