We ordered drunken noodles with chicken, a shrimp tempura roll, California roll, spicy tuna roll, hot and sour soup, miso soup and pork dumplings. The hot and sour soup was good and tasted as it should. The sushi and miso soup was average at best and nothing to remember. The pork dumpling tasted like boiled pot stickers, the dough was thick and overwhelmed the pork. The worst item we had was the drunken noodles. This dish had some sort of peanut sauce on it and a bunch of sad stuck together noodles in it. There was carrot and chunks of green pepper the size of golf balls. However the worst part was that it had CELERY in it. Yes, you read that right: celery. We have had drunken noodles all over the US and this was the worst example of drunken noodles. I’ve tried countless sushi places but no one else can beat this place. This place has the best sushi really! I’m a sushi lover and I’m very picky for sushi because I pay attention to all components of the sushi in one bite. Sushi ichiban always did good job. Good texture of the rice, right temperature, right size, good balance of flavors. The ingredients are always fresh. Never had any bad fish from this place. The soy sauce is even good. I don’t know if it’s house made but it’s different. It’s not too salty and it’s just perfect with sushi. Because it does not overpowering the authentic flavor of the ingredients. Is it good? Yeah it’s good. I’ve been coming here forever and the food has never disappointed me. Takeout-only sushi is often a risk, but trust me, it’s good here. Exactly the quality you typically hope for from a takeout joint ✅

Is it adversarial to its customers? Not at all. Service is always prompt, polite, and organized. ✅

Is it worth the money? Yes. I just spent $30 and walked out with enough food to feed a small army. It’s legitimately hard to find the bang-for-buck that I do here ✅.
