I went there to return some items that didn’t fit. I told them I had items I wanted to order right away, so I asked for a store credit. I saw a coupon for teachers dated August 18-21st and asked about it. They handed it into me. (I hadn’t realized the coupon was active.) When the transaction was done, I looked around and asked if they were closed. They said yes. (It was 7:50. They close at 8.) I said that if place my order from my car since I had the order ready to go in my phone. They could have helped me place my order and save 20% since the coupon is for in-store purchases only. I attempted to return a dress but was told it showed signs of being worn, for example white stains and the employee stated, “WE DON’T EVEN PUT OUR TAGS ON LIKE THAT”, please see the photo. Fine, you would not accept the return. It’s the insinuation that I wore the dress, cut the tags and attempted to return the dress. The tags were never removed and the dress was never worn.I accepted this and went home and called customer service. I explained the above and was told they would gladly except the dress. Read moreI am a regular shopper at WHBM and I absolutely love there clothes. However there is huge difference in employees in this particular location in Towson Center. I have to say most employees here not friendly and don’t want to be there . They are just standing behind counter half asleep. They don’t greet you or walk over offer help. They use to have lovely lady very helpful for many years unfortunately she is no longer there and store went down the hill . I don’t shop here any longer. Just drive to Hunt Valley and much better shopping...
