Would give zero if I could. I frequent here often, as I work in the mall. Today, I ordered a Chicken Philly with American, and evidently the cashier didn’t hear me say American. As I walk off, it registers that there’s provolone on it. I figured it’d be an easy fix and since I paid for it, I should get what I asked for instead of what I initially received. I very nicely said I didn’t notice it was provolone cheese and asked for a remake. They gave me a very hard time replacing it and I had to wait for the cashier to take another ladies order (who was Latina, like the rest of the staff present. I am not.) after they told me to talk to the cashier about it. I was there first and was trying to get back to work, but they did not tend to the customer with an issue (me) who already paid first. He then, more than 5 minutes later at this point, tells me twice that it comes with provolone and to tell him in advance. I did tell him in advance. After I repeat that I already asked for it and he must not have heard me, he begrudgingly has the employee on the grill make me one with American. I’m unsure why they gave me such a hard time when I come here often and was very polite about the incident. Friday I visited this mall with my sister. Before arriving I had been dealing with painful spasms in my hand which resulted in my hand locking or freezing in place. Once arriving to the food court I noticed the condition was only getting worst and was told I need to eat mustard to hydrate myself which would help. I ordered food from a place next to Charley's. Afterward I went over and asked them for a single mustard packet, one guy responded no. You would assume they have mustard because they sell sandwiches right? The first guy who responded didn't give me a chance to explain why I needed mustard and went about his way. The next guy I asked.. same thing. Then, the third guy I asked whom was at the register did the exact same thing. I Went on to ask him "So you sell sandwiches but don't have any mustard packets for the sandwiches? He responded: I don't have mustard packets but we do have mustard. Irritated because now I realized they didn't want to give me mustard because I didn't order from them. Thankfully someone at chik fila listened and gave me mustard to stop the spasms! Management, please hire more compassionate employees! He refused to give me a refund after giving me the incorrect order TWICE. He then told me to call corporate to get a refund and then proceeded to go back and forth with me because I asked for his name and why none of the employees had on name tags to be identified so I can call corporate like he suggested for my refund. He only stopped talking about me and arguing with me once I pulled my phone out and said I was now going to record him.
