They get 2 stars. 1 because the manager is really pretty and nice, 2 the clothes are cute. Anyway, The pretty Lightskin manager (the one that’s always there) was super nice and helpful. Purchased belts from them (set of 3) on Feb 22nd and didn’t notice the sensor wasn’t taken off. A month went by and during that time I planned to wear one of the belts (the middle belt w/ the sensor) Fast forward to April 6th at 8:05 pm came in to get the sensor removed and one of the short dark skinned girls that looks Ethiopian or something lied and said she was the manager & told me that I needed proof of purchase (Receipt was definitely in the trash somewhere it’s been a whole month). Then another black girl told me they could give me store credit ( definitely would have just used the store credit to repurchase the SAME BELT set). I offered to let them use my card & ID to pull up the receipt. Finally after being lied to obviously, the pretty manager came and said it was fine and took the sensor off and not to worry about it (still showed her on my bank app that I was in the store). Had to buy a dress here as an emergency situation for my daughter‘s prom because her dress had not been delivered for the event which was the next day.Although the staff at the store was super helpful and super nice the return policy is crap. I understand that people will wear a special occasion dress and try to return it. However, I purchased it and it was less than 12 hours that I tried to return it when the dress that I originally ordered was delivered in time. I was told that you cannot return a special occasion dress. But that’s all you sell basically! Not a pleasant experience. Bad customer service from the chat. And bad store policy that wasn’t even posted! The one Star is for the customer service on this bad return policy but I would give 10 stars for the staff. They were great super nice just so nice...

Shopping always feels overwhelming to me. Stopped here to find a dress for a holiday party and Collin helped me find one I’m looking forward to wearing this weekend. I don’t normally wear red but Collin picked out a few that I tried on and fell in love with almost immediately. Store is organized, employees are helpful. Collin even went as far as reserving what I was looking for at another store so I could get EVERYTHING I wanted. This would be my fourth time visiting the store and each time I’ve been met with friendly team members, who did more than just unlock the fitting room but actually assisted me with getting different sizes, and looks, providing positive feedback and going the extra mile to make sure I didn’t just buy a dress but a look I could feel good about....
