I was disappointed with my recent experience at Kevin's poor customerexperience in front desk. After requesting to pack tofu, Kevin grabbed the bag while still processing the bill and told us to leave. Upon inspecting I discovered that all the eggplant had been packed, but not a single piece of tofu, despite had to be paid for tofu and eggplant items.
