Went there today to have a couple watch batteries replaced. Wanted to drop them off and come back for them later. I requested some sort of receipt for proof that I had given my watches to them. The girl at the counter was willing, but a male voice from the back started yelling, “no receipt! No receipt!” While my watches aren’t super expensive, they did each cost more than $100. I couldn’t imagine just leaving them there with no proof of my actions. Took my watches and my business down the street to Chiccarines. I suggest you do the same. Michelle's is awesome. The selection is great and ranges from costume to silver and seven some estate pieces. They have a nice selection of other gift items too.

Service is amazing! And they do watch battery replacement too.

Front parking lot is sometimes full, but don't worry there is more parking behind the store, take the driveway around the left side...
