I never write reviews but customers need to know. I shipped a package from this location to go international on December 29th. The receipt I was given had a tracking number on it that I was checking almost daily and after there was no movement after nearly a month (the package was supposed to deliver in 1-3 weeks) I called the shipper. It turns out this UPS store was planning to ship this package via USPS, but when I spoke to USPS they said they never received the package and to call this UPS store back directly. First, I left a message and got no response back. I called back two days later (today) and had a man pick up who would not even let me explain what the package was, where it was going to, or even offer to check if it was somewhere stuck in their facility, or to refund me for it being lost. The man continues to yell and me and say it was my fault that I used his store and if I didn’t like it I could come in person and talk to him; for my job I travel and will not be in this area for another 2 weeks. I tried to ask the man nicely to let me explain the situation for about 10 minutes and was continuously screamed at, not listened to, and told there was nothing he could do (even though he refused to get the information from me to even check what was happening). I asked if there was anyone else available to talk to me and was hung up on. Now I’m out almost $200 from this store which I have insurance from via the receipt and the owner refuses to look into the issue that they caused or even listen to the issue in the first place. Read moreI have had horrible experience at this store and I would like to report the woman who works there. She stalks on me. She asked all kind of personal questions whenever i came to the store like "where are you from" (a racist question), do you live around here (personal and a scary question bc I dont know you!), "what other language do you speak?" (Assuming I speak another language because of my look!). "What do you do?" Last time I came in she said "weren't you here with your mom last time?" (Like what?! Are you keeping track of who I come in with?!) I now have major concern because my address is everywhere on the packages. I tried to avoid her questions but she kept going at it every time i came in. I felt very uncomfortable and was scared at the same time. Will be reporting this to corporate.
The other issue is she wanted to charge me for a tiny bit of a tape. I ended up using the receipt from the store with adhesive in the back to tape things up and she got upset bc i didn't end up using the tape. I asked to borrow a pair of scissors and she said "they dont cut well" (what?!). She makes sure to go out of her way to make it hard for you to use their service.
They are providing a shipping service and they are incompetent at their job. Awful service and awful people! . Will not be...

i had 12 different packages being held for me recently and four different expensive packages were lost and the owner who barely speaks english became aggressive yelling at me when i was calmly asking him where the 4 missing packages are, since the rest were there.
they were not returned to sender and were not returned to USPS who delivered the packages to the store.
after having the owner yell at me for about a half hour another younger associate told me to call USPS to find more info..USPS informed me they were dropped at the store, i have all tracking info to prove this.
the ups store manager tells me there's nothing he can do, but he was supposed to hold the packages for me, so why did 4 out of 12 go mysteriously missing?
i have to file a police report to recover my money which is in excess of $400
the younger associates are always friendly and know me by name. the older foreign manager is very impatient irate and offers no help.
so now i lost four important and expensive packages and probably wont get my money back or...
