We spent the day going to different farms and this by far was the worst experience. Very overpriced for what you get and the staff was very unfriendly. At one point, they were offering pony rides. So we spent 9 dollars for our daughter to go on. We waited in line for about 25 minutes with a new born and our 4 year old. No big deal. Lots of excited kids but when we got the front, we handed the man running it our ticket and he asked if we were apart of the birthday party. We said no and told him we paid for a ticket and he told us we were in the wrong line. We asked if we missed a sign or something and apologized but instead of just letting our kid do the ride, he made us and another family behind us, leave the line and made us go wait in an entirely new line for 35 minutes. There was no sign saying that it was a birthday party only line. In fact there was one sign that said “pony rides” literally pointing to where we were standing. The fact that the man didn’t own up to a honest mistake on there end and just let the 2 kids ride, he was very dismissive and rude. Both our family and the family behind us were appalled.
The animals at the farm don’t look well cared for and some look sick. It felt like the people who own this aren’t in it to own a farm but in it to cash in.
Don’t waste your time here. Go...
Read moreThis farm really has nothing that special that other forms don’t have. Was choosing to go between here and merrymead and because we go to merrymead all the time , decided to go to this farm When we left there, we wished we had gone to merrymead. This place is so overpriced It’s ridiculous. Paid $14 a person for a total of $56 I really didn’t get much Everything that you could do with the exception of hayride and a corn maze cost extra A pony ride is $10 and the young girl that was doing it look like she wanted to be anywhere but there She was not pleasant at all and had such a terrible look on her face than even my six year old grandson wondered what was the matter they take you on a hayride out to the pumpkin patch and they don’t tell you that they don’t have a pumpkin patch but cat pumpkins brought down that they put around in a square area now and by the way, not one of the pumpkins is under 20 to 25 pounds and you know why? because the prices per pound are also ridiculous. I could go on and on, but the face to say we will not be going back to this form at all- overrated , overpriced, just...
Read moreI brought my 10 person family for a full day of morning and evening activities. We had family members ranging from 2 years old to 84 years old and everyone had plenty of fun activities to do and lovely fall themed treats (apple cider donuts, apple cider, cookies, donuts, and delicious caramel coated apples).
All of our young ones loved seeing the animals and going on the hay ride out to the pumpkin patch and finding their way out of the corn maze!! The apple sling shot was a new experience that everyone enjoyed taking a turn on, definitely worth the tickets!
All the prices were very reasonable and the staff were extremely friendly!
** The entire farm had many precautions in place to accommodate for Covid and social distance (multiple hand washing stations, sanitation stations, and plenty of signage).
Lastly, the bonfire and S'mores at night rounded out an awesome family day at Northern...
