Grove Community Incubator — Local services in Traverse City

I visited Traverse City with my wife. While she attended a conference, I intended to work from our Hotel Room. The Hotel wifi was not up to the challenge. I quickly did a google search for co-working sites and found Commonplace. Becky and Nick were very helpful and I was so happy to have reliable high-speed internet access, a desk to sit at, coffee in a real mug, and the privacy of a phone booth when I needed it. The building and location are awesome, I had views of the river all day and enjoyed my lunch break on the outdoor deck. Co-working at Commonplace was a tremendous experience for me. I spent the entire month of July 2023 working there, as I was staying nearby with my family on an extended trip. After doing some research on different options, Commonplace delivered on everything I hoped it would be. The staff members (notably Becky and Nick) were so helpful in getting me set up when I was both preparing to arrive and after I was there in town. Absolutely love this place for remote working while in TC. There is no other place I have visited across the country with such a unique facility. What makes this place so unique, ease of buying a day pass, reliable wifi, plenty of clean working spaces along with phone booths for private calls, a lovely cafe with a delicious BLT and great coffee, plenty of friendly folks you will meet, and then there is this view. I really can't speak more highly of this unique space. I wish Nick and team continued success and I cannot wait for my next visit to TC to work...
