I went to see a movie this fall and park in one of their pay lots. Their machine at the pay station did not function correctly and so I was not able to pay. On returning from the movie I found I had a ticket. When I appealed the ticket I pointed out that their machine failed. Their person looked up the machine and found it hadn't received any payments that day. I did not receive a timely response to my appeal so I started calling weekly and today I was informed that my appeal was denied with no reason given. I would have just paid the ticket originally but I noticed the time on the ticket was the same as when I was wasting my time trying to pay on their broken machine 50 yards away. Attempted to enjoy the Cherry Festival for the first time in 20 plus years, I thought by using the ParkMobile app that TCA steers you to use it would be smooth, that was a bad assumption. ParkMobile will take your money for parking that is not available, when you call TCP they will tell you it's not their problem, it's managed by a third party! when you contact ParkMobile they tell you that they don't control the parking and only collect the fees.
