I literally looooove this store.. I originally found it on FB & bought a couple of things & I finally decided I was going to take the 40 minute drive up there to check things out.. Can I just say how much I adore & love Brit & her staff.. sweetest girls ever & beyond helpful when you are having a hard time on deciding what to get.. the prices are great & the quality is amazing.. you get what you pay for! The worst customer service and return policy I’ve ever experienced. She was adamant and pushy for me put my returns (items that I had purchased and currently owned) behind the counter while I looked for an item to exchange. Treating me like I was going to steal something. Then they told me that one of my items wasn’t eligible for return, exchange, or in store credit because it was purchased on sale…. I left the store with an overpriced item that doesn’t fit and a bad taste in my mouth. Will never shop...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The return policy is ridiculous. I shipped my return back to them and because it was 4 days late they REFUSED to return it and wanted me to pay to ship back items that didn’t fit me. They didn’t even send me a email about it. I had to finally message them about it. I’ve worked retail for over 7 years and never would treat a customer that way. I’ve never experienced anything like it from any other small business before.
