Soda Fixx — Local services in Tremonton

I went here with my friends in total we got 4 drinks the customer service was ok but could be improved it took about 10 minutes to get the person at the window to understand our order taking another 20 minutes to make or drinks as we waited instead of working on our drinks the people inside were on there phones and not paying attention when we finally received our drinks they weren't very good I got a drink called the bomb shell and instead of getting a drink full of flavor I received as my friend said "a bomb shell of disappointment " over all I wouldn't suggest going to soda fixx there are many other soda places with much better drinks customer service and waiting times for the people who do go to this place I feel sorry for you because you have to endure the service of this low quality ...

I’ve been going here for years. Let’s get right into why my review is a one star. I had a gift card that was 1.5 years old that I got from my grandpa. I moved and found the gift card to use it. It was only $5 and this place told me that it expired, I don’t know how money expires or why you should be buying gift cards if they expire. The owner said that the cards expire after six months, which makes no sense if the company already made its money. To make things worse. They didn’t even give me my card back because it “wasn’t gonna work anyway.” Long story short the owner didn’t even budge and wasn’t willing to spend $5 on me 😂 it just comes off as greedy. Because it goes both ways “it’s just 5$”

I will just support the other soda...

I normally LOVE Soda Fixx. The line is always long which is inconvenient but you expect that. But when you get to the window and the service is extremely rude it puts a bad taste in your mouth. Long line plus horrible service does not make for a good experience. The gal taking orders did not greet me or ask what I would like after waiting 15 - 20 minutes in line. She simply sat there until I told her what I wanted. Extremely put off. Honestly I don’t think she said one word to me besides what my total was. Small town businesses need the support from locals so maybe think about that next time you are rude to...
