This review isn't based on any one location. As the rep was great and did all he could. This review is about a product made by verizon. It's the "Bring Your Own Device" kit which is sold as a way to bring your existing device from another carrier to verizon. After a 2 hour service visit we found out that it was a waste of time and money, as there are no redunds on the kit. So it is bad advertising. You can't bring any working device to verizon as some are not compatible. I have a non branded samsung galaxy note 5. That I had with Sprint. I got it unlocked about a week prior to trying to take it to verizon, and at first they thought it wasn't unlocked. While sitting in the verizon store I called and was on the phone with sprint for most of the two hours it took to find out that my phone was incompatible with verizon signal/ services, only after paying were we able to find out it wasn't. My biggest issues are: (1) false advertisement of the product bought. ( non refundable) (2) had to pay a full month to find out it was incompatible. ( which now we have to wait 3 - 5 days for redund) (3) the amount of time taken to find out it wasn't going to work. (4) having to buy a new device, when they claim you can bring your device with you. It kind of sad they can't and won't wait 3 - 7 days for your money and will take your money in less than 2 seconds, but will make you wait for you to get money refuneded...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePay very close attention to what they're charging you. While Javier was awesome to order me a no strings attached Pixel 2 (although, really, why didn't they just have it in the store?) so I could compare it side by side with the other options, when Pedro rang up the invoice he added an "I-rewards" charge without telling me anything about it or asking if I wanted it. I called back several times and finally after almost a week Javier called back and explained it. It boils down to an insurance on the SIM card, but really? In the 20+ years I've owned cell phones, I've never had to replace a SIM card; even when I've completely destroyed a phone with water or physical damage. Anyway, they refunded the fee and it's taxes, but the fact that they just added it without any information makes me feel like they were just hoping I wouldn't catch that it was there. When I was in the store today to get that refund, I listened to Javier explain it to a different customer, and he never mentioned it was an option, never asked if the customer wanted it, and simply described it as a fee for future SIM cards if needed. I find that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo NOT believe all of these positive reviews. The absolute slowest, worst location that I have ever ever ever been to. Waited for an hour, finally interrupted the only person on staff, and they still were not able to help me. Tried to help a friend who was hours away and his service was turned off. Was on the phone with him and my husband, and tried to pay his bill for him. They refused, because they needed to scan his ID of all freaking things. Even though he gave me access to the account for the encounter. There was no way to bypass it, they wouldnāt take the pin number, I was just out of luck. At any other Verizon, this wouldnāt have been a problem. I know, Iāve done it before. Do not go here unless you absolutely have no...
