Subway — Restaurant in Tremonton

Very disappointed every time i go. they always put way too much sauce and veggies. If they cared to properly train their employees this wouldn’t keep happening. My sauce is always leaking through not only the two layers or wrapping but the brown paper bag aswell. i get ranch and chipotle. It is not hard to not drown the sandwich / put an appropriate amount of veggies. It’s absolutely disgusting going in and seeing the employees don’t have their hair up or even a hat on. i have NEVER seen someone with their hair up. this last time i went they had cleaning supplies on the checkout counter, which isn’t a BIG deal but it is not appropriate. the customer service is usually lacking. Darrell (the owner) is cheap and doesn’t pay people for training, but rather has them do it at home. Nobody pays attention ESPECIALLY if they’re not getting payed. Darrell also doesn’t accept 3/4ths of the subway coupons out there because once again he’s CHEAP. This will be the last time i go. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. They need to get their cleanliness...

Food quality has been slowly going down hill lately. They placed that metal in front of the glass so we can't see the meat. Dislike not being able to see the quality of the meats before I order it. The meat portions are also getting smaller.

Ordered two sandwiches today, one on Italian herbs and cheese, and one on flatbread. The Italian herbs was not soft or fresh, it was getting stale and the edges hard. The flatbread was rock hard. It was completely inedible. I had to take the meat and veggies out and use my own bread for the sandwich. This hasn't been the first time I've received stale bread from here. The only saving grace was the meat and veggies were fresh.

They also had a sign in the door that they are no longer accepting coupons. I've never seen a restaurant not accept their own coupons.

Won't be returning to this subway until they fix the bread...

HORRIFIC! "Rose", the employee, had a terrible attitude and DISGUSTING hygiene when preparing our sandwiches! We asked for fresh lettuce and she seemed put out by that request. She opened several cupboards and stormed off to the back to retrieve 2 fresh bins of lettuce and ATTEMPTED to put lettuce on our sandwich.... ALL while wearing the same gloves! When we asked her to change her gloves, she ripped them off and slammed them into the trash can and asked if there were any other special requests we had to make! We had a large order (8 foot-long sandwiches) and she only changed her gloves TWICE... and it was only after I complained that she hadn't changed between each sandwich. I think Rose needs to be retrained in cross-contamination of food-born illnesses as well as...
