Plus this location doesn't cleán the tables sticky floors don't wear good shoes

Empty condiments and tea constantly plus water downed.

Workers sit in back and talk and ignore cleaning

Bathrooms are nasty dirty

They won't honor them Manager will without hesitation in a monotone manner with not an ounce of sympathy or understanding will just refuse to resolve or make right

Companies must understand word of mouth is important they say 100 people here from 1 person so our family of 4 that's 400 those 400 might tell 100 people that's 40000 plus reviews online like this probably 60k people will here this

Customer satisfaction should be important to a location Went back a few more times

Tried a chicken sandwich the chicken patty was very small would give a two star

USUALLY I get hungry meals and dine in they are generous portions fries etc

Last time I went through drive through ( you get way less) almost like they know you won't find out till you get home

Fry portion was easily half of normal portion I spent $35 and do not go through drive through unless you want smaller portions Overpriced Was 4 star originally but after 4+ trips I realize WHEN portions are dine in style they are good

Wings are very very small I won't ever order the wings they are the baby wings had them first time and shared with 3 people wasn't much to share but a faint taste of chicken .the strips are good a little bland but you can add salt .slim chickens worth trying but will fade after...

The past several years my family and I have made this Slim Chickens a part of a Christmas tradition to see lights while we eat the food in our car. This year was no different. Unfortunately.

I expected a slow drive-thru and it was, but again expected. Ordered the food and waited to get to the window to pay. I waited until we were pulling up to the window to redeem a $4 reward in the Slim Chickens app. We reached the window and sat, never greeted for several minutes. The employee finally opened the window so I could pay. I presented my phone with the reward number for them to input in their system. She tried several times, but said it was expired. Turns out there's a crazy 5 minute expiration on the reward. So the time i saw waiting for the clerk to open the window my reward expired. They did nothing to remedy the situation and just took my money.

If that wasn't enough, we reached our Christmas lights destination and pulled out the food to eat. My wife ordered a salad, but (just like the year before) we didn't get a fork. So she had to eat her salad by hand. We were all eating and realized as well (just like the year before) that there were no napkins at all.

Avoid they won't honor offers they email me constantly then when I try to use offer the troy location refuses

First the store inside is dirty floors ketchup and condiments always out The workers are always in back talking parking is confusing as hard to enter

Now the offer was for new year days I just got offer when It redirects me to app to place order it shows regular rate not special

It dies show today ends 1/1/24 I try to use it

The workers I talked to weren't sure if a code etc but wouldn't resolve

The manager even worse monotone could care less attitude no resolution just sorry I'm not doing it

An hour wasted between app and phone calls did call corporate ( which three workers all claimed no corporate phone number refused to give me any district or manager numbers or locations

My family will not be spending $65 weekly eating at slim chickens
