Five Below — Local services in Troy

Troy , Missouri @ 6:15 PM ON MAY 29,2024 First of all I will say your store is very well stocked & clean . Now for the reason I’m writing a review with such low star rating .RYAN ….. loud , rude & acted obnoxious! We went to check out & clearly he was IN A MOOD . Checked my 10 y/o ‘s one dollar bills REPEATEDLY! ( there was only $3) then straightened them out & COUNTED THEM AGAIN! May 29 @6:15 pm if you’d like to see it clearly in your cameras for yourself ! WHY IS THIS PERSON WORKING HERE? I’m sure you have other applicants for the position that will not be so insulting & rude . If he has mental challenges then I’m completely out of order but I don’t think he does . I think this is a matter of a punk kid not being chaperoned and acting inappropriately & representing your company poorly .i seriously doubt to treat a customer like this is in your company policy! Pls review your cameras & take this complaint seriously. This is not an employee that should EVER go unsupervised. FIVE BELOW CAN DO BETTER ! First off, this is a great store! I’ve been to a few Five Below’s but none of them compare to this one. I’m always greeted immediately and employees are very friendly! I came in a few days ago looking for a toy my son wanted, and a few things that I needed. I asked the girl that was stocking and she walked me over to where it was. I think her name was Carlynn, she even showed me a couple of options he might like too. Anytime I asked her where something was at she would walk me over there! She was really nice! Stopped by Five Below in St. Peters first, but stopped by the Troy location to see if they had anything different. This store is very clean and organized well. The cashier, whose name I failed to get, was great. They mostly have self checkouts, she saw us walk up and instantly offered to check us out.
