The staff are very professional and always serve my food with a smile. They always make sure that everything is clean ( restrooms and lobby). Marie is super sweet and understanding. She is always making sure that everyone is taken care of. Sydney is super kind to everyone in the lobby and makes it look super clean. Josie and Payton always have a caring heart, making sure that everyone is okay at all times and needing help, and Brooklynn is amazing at doing her job as she makes blizzards. At Dairy Queen, they really know what's up. That is why you should definitely come to this location! I used to work here, and our one priority was always making sure that our customers were taken care of and that it was a satisfactory experience. Something has changed here. I've been coming here for 8 years and always have a good experience. This evening was not good at all. We waited for almost 20 minutes for our food.

We ordered a 4 piece and a 6 piece basket, and 2 double cheeseburger meals. They said they had to make "fresh meat" so we waited in our car at the front door. After about 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go inside. I see my chicken strip meals sitting under the heat lamp and one of the cheeseburgers there as well. Apparently we were waiting on the other double cheeseburger to get done.

So of course what we got was 2 lukewarm strip meals, one cold burger, and one hot burger. All the fries were lukewarm and broken into little tiny pieces, which was kinda weird, and almost looked like they had been bitten in half.

So out of 4 people only one had a hot meal.

I hope they up their game here. This...

It is unfortunate that they are the only ice cream shop in Troy. They are absolutely horrible at getting their order correct. I placed my order for a mint Oreo blizzard....when I arrived at the window.....it did not look like what I ordered. So I asked the gal and she confirmed with the crew behind her that it was indeed a MINT Oreo blizzard. She puts a lid on it, places it in the bag and I drive home. Excited to dig into my blizzard.......I take the first bite........DISAPOINTMENT !!!!!! it is a regular....NOT MINT blizzard. Would not be that big a deal......but this has happened to me 2 times prior here. I had not been in over a year......had a craving......drove 30 mins to get it .......
