So today around afternoon, me and my sister we went inside of the Aritzia to look for some pants my sister she always likes to buy Aritzia pants and stuff like that. She usually orders online however, today we decided to go in person And mind you this was my first time with her Coming in person into Aritzia and at first, everything was going fine. My sister was Looking for some pants, she was looking for something cardigan, kind of pants because she had purchased a pants before and she really liked how it looked she came back to buy another one however few minutes later, she found a pan that she wanted to try it on and she went inside of the fitting room. She tried it on whatsoever and she was like I was looking for more pockets, pants or whatever and this one of the worker she shows up kind of like as if she was in a rush or whatever and she’s like hi how can I help you? She offered which I didn’t mind at first I was just processing everything what’s happening and she was asking my sister like what kind of pants she wants with my sister, obviously oblivious To it, she answered what kind of pen she wants because she doesn’t wanna spend mind you hundred dollars worth of money on the pants and for it to not fit her However, the lady goes ahead and she was like OK. What’s your name again? And like I said, my sister didn’t really think much of it. She just told her the name the whole time I was processing and noticing the whole situation. And let me tell you, although she seemed like sweet and acting very sweet and stuff It seemed very freaking fake number one and number two is that the whole time she was circling us around as if we were going to steal something like one we have the money to spend on the store And second looking around and trying clothes on to see if that fits or not is not freaking stealing. I was gonna say something to that lady at that moment, but my sister stalked me to not go off on her because my sister is a peaceful person. And she don’t really like getting into drama, however she finally found a pen which had pockets in the back and in the front, so which will help her carry her phones and wallet or whatever I’m a very observant person and I was staying quiet and watching the whole thing playoff and when my sister went to try the pants on, she tried it On the fitting room and I asked my sister I’m like are you planning on buying it and she’s like yeah I finally found the pants that I want to buy and it’s just the perfect pants that I want but I will go check some stuff out. I was literally right in the middle of this freaking store. If my sister wanted to steal something they have me I can pay for that pants but my sister wanted to explore more that lady ran to her and asking what she is doing. My sister was like oh I’m trying to look for more stuff and then she was like oh where’s the other pan as if she’s instigating my sister the whole time like this is some sort of weird customer service I have ever seen Like whoever she was She needs some serious customer...

Before Christmas (end of November) we spent close to $800 in the store for Christmas presents and were told they would honour Christmas returns. Within a week of Christmas my daughter tried to return 1 item and the ladies at the counter gave her such a hard time even when she explained it was a Christmas gift and we were told it could be returned. The purchase was only TWO days over a month. When I went up to the counter and firmly said this isn’t right, they quickly issued a return but they were not friendly or apologetic. Additionally we recently ordered some items but the sizing was way off (too big) but the closest store to us is two hours away and we didn’t have time to get back within the new 2 week policy of returns/exchanges so we are stuck with sized “small” clothing that could definitely fit a person who normally wears medium or large. Very disappointed! If I’d realized the return window was so short, I never would have purchased online. For the price you have to pay for their clothing, they really ought to have better...

Today Elise sincerely asked what I needed help with. In a store that one might think EGO lives it DOES NOT at all. Over my Black Friday shopping experience at E. Bauer I had 2 associates asking if I needed help, when I asked for a specific item, I was told they didn’t have it. Then my friend said there’s more at the back of the rack, yes a bit loudly to drive home the point of a little effort would be nice, the associates of a happy hippie looking nature rolled eyes which seemed strange for the outdoors, hippie type. I’ve never been judged at Aritzia, young put together (hair done representing a look of the brand=no greasy top knots of hair) professional sales help, that exude effort into making a shopping experience a great one.
