Due to the pandemic and Christmas long lines can be expected, but the disorganization should not be. An elderly man was confused on how the line was moving and how it was redirected, but when he asked a question the sales associate told him she could handle it and he was allowed to make his purchase outside of the store and be on his merry way, there were approximately 10 people including myself who were in front of him, there was an associate at the door doing the same for customers that knew what they wanted, the associate that helped the older gentleman never asked anyone else if they knew what they wanted also. As the line progressed mall security redirected customers again this is when the associate at the door asked generally did anyone know what they wanted and didn't need to browse. Great👍 idea until I guess that's first to answer is first served. I however was first to answer and as she skipped over everyone ahead of me I told her the people ahead of me also said yes just not as loud. She then proceeded to ask in order. I don't work in retail, but that seems to be a no Brainerd type of thing. Sorry 😞 I feel the store ran better when there was an older woman there. Also out of curiosity I wonder why Farmington has better reviews? I guess I will start buying from that location and find out. So sad, so...

My wife and I have gone to multiple stores and never found a store so disorganized . They made us check in and told us 20min wait. A glance on the tablet showed us that we had 5 people ahead of us. 20min later two people were served and we asked how many people were in front of us and if they had an estimate. 4 people and about 20min. OK I thought maybe I mistook 5 for 6. Another 20min passed and another 2 people were called. We started to be impatient and asked. This time it was three people left. Now I started wondering. They rotated the crew and after three people being served. We were supposed to be next. We waited almost an hour and finally got to ask for what we came for. It was so obvious that the crew had let their friends and family cut the lines when the store was already full. We hinted at the Store Manager that something was out of line but were just waved away. Read moreI came in today for the Pandora 50% sale around 4:45 or 5:00 PM—well before closing time. As soon as I entered, the lady working with Jessica told me the store was closed. I stepped away for a bit and noticed they were still letting other customers in, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out.
I went back to ask why I was turned away when others were being let in. She responded with a sassy and dismissive attitude, saying she “thought it was already 6.” That kind of tone and behavior is really unprofessional—especially when representing a brand like Pandora.
Thankfully, Jessica was very kind and welcoming when I went back. She handled things much more respectfully. But the experience with the other associate left a really bad impression. Whether it was a mistake or not, the way I was treated felt discriminatory and completely unnecessary.
I hope Pandora takes this seriously, because no customer should leave...
