Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I placed an order over the phone. When I got there, the employee didn't seem to know exactly what I had ordered, as if he hadn't actually written down my order. I told him the items I had ordered and got my items and paid for my order. When I got home I realized that he had given me the wrong pizza. I had ordered an extra most bestest stuffed crust pepperoni and he had given me a regular extramostbestest pepperoni. I called and was told I could bring back the incorrect pizza to get the correct one. I told him it would be awhile before I could bring it back.

When I brought it back an hour later, the employee took it and went to put it back in the warmer without even looking at it. I said to him "that pizzas no good". He looked at me and said "oh, it's no good?" And I said "no, I ate a piece before realizing it was the wrong pizza".

They were about to try to resell this pizza that had been in my possession for an hour. No telling what I could have done to that pizza in the hour I had it. Even if I never opened the box, you can't resell it.

As a side note, I ordered crazy bread and it was completely bland and flavorless. I remember when I was a child, little caesars crazy bread was so good. Now I may as well be eating a plain piece of bread. Either they changed the recipe or this location doesn't make it right.

It was a very poor experience and I will not be going back to this location. I may give the Albany location a try. The Troy location needs great improvement...

2 I have had numerous orders since my 1st review. Pizza is usually on the dark side close to burnt. I have been leaving it alone. Tonight I ordered the old world pepperoni with Italian cheesy bread 2 liter of soda. The soda was not delivered and the pizza was on the wrong bread and burnt. I called and again I was greeted with aggression and told the old world pizza can’t be on a thinner crust because it’s like cardboard and if I didn’t like it to call customer service. Well customer service can only refund me less than what was wrong with the order. It time to start reporting this guy to the health department , BBB and FTC. They are Very rude and argumentative. 1 The owner Argues about what you want to order or if there is a problem like a burnt pizza. The owner will argue with you and refuse to correct the situation. Stay AWAY from this location and go to...

Great food as long as you don't need to deal with customer service. They have terrible service. I placed an order for a pizza online and was late fr the pickup. The store was closing in 15 mins so the employees asked me to talk to the customer service and provided a phone number that did not work. When told, they said that was the only number they had. So, we looked up the number for their customer service online and called. I was placed on hold for 30 mins and after they picked up, I was told they cannot shift the order and can only cancel it. So, I asked them to go ahead and cancel it. Then they tell me the store/district manager will call me for the cancellation process. I mean, that's clearly too much hassle for a pizza!
